Job Description:
Queensland Corrective Services is seeking Trade Instructors to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide training to prisoners in industrial workshop activities, including goods and services production
* Coordinate and schedule prisoner activities to achieve quality goods and production targets
* Participate in procurement processes and stock control procedures
* Supervise prisoner behavior and activities
* Monitor and maintain security requirements
* Create file notes and reports for case management

* Salary range: $66,553 - $90,946 plus 31.5% shift allowance and employer superannuation

Requirements:
* No mandatory qualifications required; however, relevant vocational qualification, trade certificate, or equivalent industry experience is an advantage
* Current C class driver licence
* Trade qualifications and/or experience in engineering/metal fabrication, laundry operations, timber product manufacture, textiles, and clothing are well regarded
