We are currently recruiting Casual positions for our Customer Care Specialist role. Do Work that Matters As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including: Concierge and welcome calls Missed payments and early-intervention collections Simple customer service enquiries See Yourself in our Team We currently have Casual positions available to start in October, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office. We’re Interested in hearing from people who Genuinely care about the experience of customers Have excellent communication skills Have the ability to navigate new technology and computer systems Are naturally curious, resilient, empathetic and adaptable Have aspirations to grow their career with us Hours and training To be considered for this role you must have the following availability: Provide a minimum of 10 hours availability per week, these would be split over 2 shifts You must be available to work from our Collins Street office, once a fortnight Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 4 weeks, 15 hours per week on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays - 9.00am - 2.00pm Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
