We are currently working on an exciting hire for a Multimedia Designer for a leading Retail organisation, based in Brisbane with hybrid working (2-3 days in office - past probation)
As one of the Multimedia Designers, you will work on digital projects from initial concept through to final production for digital assets such as social, app & web assets, also to support creative on traditional and digital marketing.
You will also cover day-to-day content publishing on web and help support other UX & UI design elements for web and app.
The role plays an integral part in delivering digital content strategies through effective design and publication of a wide variety of content and assets with the brand website personalisation and ecomm strategies.
Folio and show reel will be needed to submit to the client.
Duties –
⦁ Produce campaign and catalogue assets from initial concept through to final production
⦁ Deliver social media and OOH assets, with other digital art as required
⦁ Conduct day to day publishing of campaigns using CMS systems
⦁ Create digital assets including web banners, EDMs, digital advertising and traditional marketing assets.
⦁ Prepare insights and analytics on website content
⦁ Contribute to design solutions, such as landing page design
Skillset –
⦁ Advanced InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator & Figma experience needed for the role
⦁ Strong design and conceptual skills
⦁ Proven knowledge of website CMS systems
⦁ Experience with Google Web Designer
⦁ Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe Audition highly desired
⦁ Understanding of traditional graphic design and print
⦁ Able to work independently with great stakeholder management to provide concept ideas
⦁ Broadcast, design and editing skills
⦁ Accustomed to working under pressure and managing a complex/fast paced calendar
⦁ Excellent attention to detail for sign off
⦁ Knowledge and understanding of email and SMS campaign execution
⦁ Basic skillset in website insights / analytics (ideally Google analytics)
