About the positionOur Gaming team plays an important part in our Club operations. Wests currently have a full-time opportunity available for a customer-focused individual across our New Lambton site. Wests Gaming and Beverage operations provide quality service to our members and guests. Key responsibilities include:Provide friendly customer serviceGaming machine serviceDrink orders and delivery to machinesReset and payout jackpot winsOperation of Tab and Keno terminalsCleaning of workstation and equipmentOperation of tills and cash handlingCollect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaningThis position will require availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning.As part of The Wests Group recruitment and assessment process, all candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks specific to the role.
