The Opportunity: As a Senior Telco Sales Leader at AWS, you'll spearhead our strategic relationships with telecommunications industry leaders, engaging at C-suite and board level to drive transformational change through cloud adoption and innovative partnerships. Basic Qualifications - Solid experience in technology related enterprise sales or business development experience. - Direct field experience in working with top enterprise accounts across your assigned territory. - Strong verbal and written communications skills. - Extensive customer & contact network. - 10 years of technology related sales or business development experience. Preferred Qualifications - Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical. Meet or exceed revenue targets. - Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan. - Accelerate customer adoption. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting and work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption. - Develop case studies and manage contract negotiations. - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. - Expect moderate travel.
