Your new role An exciting opportunity has become available to join a high-performing Property Management team as one of their Residential or FIFO Property Managers. They are offering this role on either a FIFO roster from Monday to Friday or as a residentially based role in Wickham. Take your Property Management skills to the next level by managing a unique, remotely located portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in delivering one of Australia's largest property management contracts for a single client, an Australian mining giant!
As part of the regionally-based Property Management team, you will be guided in contract delivery, organisational processes, and compliance by your Housing Manager. Their regionally based teams are constantly supported by a Perth-based team, including a Regional General Manager, Trust Account Manager, and Property Support Officer. You will bring your exceptional Property Management skills and confidence to the role, ensuring best practices and compliance through your industry knowledge and experience. You will learn about the unique nature of a single sophisticated client portfolio and integrated facility management contract. Their property team is supportive, encouraging, hardworking and results-oriented. What you'll need to succeed Managing housing applications, assessments, and reviews Leasing, ingoing, and vacating tenancy procedures Routine inspections and PCRs Property maintenance management Bonds and tenant damage cost recovery No trust accounting, no end of month, and no weekend home opens. Who are we looking for? To be successful in this role, you will ideally have at least three years of experience working in Residential Property Management. You will hold a DMIRS Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager or Real Estate and Business Sales Representative registration.
You will have experience managing your own work schedule, managing competing priorities, and working under pressure. You pride yourself on attention to detail, ensuring documents are completed accurately, processes are followed, and accurate client, lease property, and tenant records are kept. Advanced computing skills, with the ability to learn new property systems, are important to hit the ground running.
