The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Specialist/Consultant Paediatrician who will work as part of the Paediatric team servicing a population of approximately 116,000.
Our Level 4 Neonatal Unit and 8 bed Level 4 Intensive Care Unit provide comprehensive care to our patients.
We offer outreach services at picturesque regional centres located in rugged mountains, spectacular wilderness, and sparkling highland lakes.

The Service
Our health service has a main acute 160 bed teaching Hospital with a rural clinical school attached and a 70 bed Private Hospital.
Our DoH offers a comprehensive undergraduate and graduate clinical training program with close ties to the University of Tasmania through the Rural Clinical School.
You will be responsible for providing leadership and helping with the delivery of the Undergraduate general medical education program.

Requirements
