Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with lottery ticket purchases and queries.
2. Sales: Operate the kiosk, selling lottery tickets, scratch and win cards, and related products.
3. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, process transactions, and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems.
4. Maintenance: Ensure the kiosk is tidy, stocked, and operational at all times.
5. Compliance: Follow Lotterywest regulations, ensuring responsible gaming practices.
Requirements:
1. Customer Focused: Friendly, approachable, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
2. Reliable & Trustworthy: Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to cash handling.
3. Flexible: Willing to work various shifts, including weekends.
4. Experience: Previous customer service and Lotterywest experience is preferred but not essential. Full training on all processes and systems will be provided to successful candidates.
