Base pay range
A$79,000.00/yr - A$79,000.00/yr
This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.
* We're looking for individuals with call centre experience to join our client.
* Parramatta location with flexibility to WFH 2 days post training!
* 12 month contract with potential extensions/conversion and career progression.
12-month FTC, enjoy all the benefits of permanent employment (holiday pay, annual leave, personal/sick leave)! This role has high potential to go permanent if you perform well!

Anticipated duration: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (with very likely permanent potential)
Anticipated start date: We anticipate two intakes - one starts 14th April and another one 5th May.

About the Role:
As a Customer Interaction Agent, you'll engage with customers via phone, email, social media, and more, ensuring top-notch support with every interaction. This is your chance to make a real difference in the community while building trust and delivering solutions that matter.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences through active listening and problem-solving.
* Resolve customer inquiries on the first contact wherever possible.
* Provide compassionate support in complex situations - especially for vulnerable customers.
* Work with cutting-edge systems, providing valuable insights and solutions to clients.
About you:
* Previous customer service or contact centre experience is essential (Telco or Insurance experience is a plus!).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and offer solutions.
* A solutions-driven mindset with empathy and emotional intelligence.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and handling multiple applications.
* A passion for helping others and resolving challenges in a fast-paced environment.
