Senior Director Digitally Enabled Business Solutions Based in Brisbane | Executive leadership opportunity | Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Delivery Services Branch, the Senior Director, Digitally Enabled Business Solutions is accountable for the management of large-scale digital health and business application projects across Queensland Health.The roleAre you a visionary leader with a passion for digital transformation in healthcare?The Senior Director will drive the management of large-scale digital health projects across Queensland Health, lead a team of over 200 professionals, manage critical ICT projects worth over $200 million, and contribute to Queensland Health's mission of delivering exceptional outcomes for the community.The successful personWe are looking for a high performing leader with: Proven expertise in managing large, complex programs and multi-vendor projects.Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills to guide a high-performance, multi-skilled team.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.A solid track record in change management, strategy, and delivering significant digital transformations within timeframes and budgets.Experience with various project methodologies and familiarity with Prince2, Agile, and ITIL is highly desirable.Government or healthcare industry experience will be advantageous.
