Junior Legal Assistant – Property Highly regarded firm in Balwyn 80k Salary and 1-day WFH THE FIRM This highly regarded law firm advises a full range of clients across a spectrum of property matters including residential property, commercial property and construction.
The firm provide a fantastic working environment and you will enjoy 1 day WFH after probation.
THE ROLE The successful candidate will be working closely with a lawyer in seeing through matters and settlements on behalf of the lender client; Liaising with lender client and finance brokers File management Drafting and amending documents Using PEXA to prepare settlements ABOUT YOU To be considered for the role, you will be a legal assistant with between 1-3 years experience within property.
This opportunity is not being extended to those without unrestricted working rights.
A minimum of 1 year experience within property law.
