You are a customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant, based in the Kialla (Shepparton) Office, with the confidence to build relationships initially over the phone. There will be travel involved as you will work with our potential customers across the Shepparton and surrounding region. Days will be Thursday to Monday, so weekend work is compulsory. Your responsibilities will include: Achieve the sales targets of the HomeSolution by Metricon brand within the designated region. Operate at an operational level to implement sales strategies in order to continue Metricon's growth and leadership status in the industry. Gather leads through the Customer Engagement Contact Centre, direct through our website, through your relationships, or following up with customers engaged earlier. Understand and assess client needs and provide suitable solutions based on our Home Solution designs and facades. Manage high volume queries, follow up leads, and achieve high sales targets. Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor. Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote onwards. Provide customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations. Develop and maintain a network of industry partners such as land developers and local community providers. A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities. Proven experience in building relationships in a remote environment. Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills. Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities. Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
