Overview of role
ILSC Greystone College Australia Sales and Marketing department is hiring onshore Sales and Marketing Specialist. (Native Korean and Japanese speakers are strongly preferred).
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and implementing the sales activities of ILSC to achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will bring their experiences working with agencies, schools, and pathway partners to identify, encourage, and support the enrollment of students into language and vocational programs.
We are looking for a personable and persuasive communicator, results-oriented, highly ethical, a great team player, and seeking an opportunity to grow with a world-leading organization in international education.
Job Duties
1. Recruit and manage agent accounts in the region
2. Research, analyze and develop sales plans and strategies
3. Promote ILSC Education Group through effective: Presentation skills o Seminars and fairs o Pricing strategiesTraining of our agentsData mining
4. Actively listen to our clients’ needs and share it with the management in a timely manner
5. Proactively manage ILSC Education Groups reputation in the region
6. Actively facilitate feedback loop internally and externally
7. Attend recruitment and promotion activities, to build long lasting relationships with stakeholders
8. Write compelling social copy to accompany visual content for use on social media platforms
9. Provide assistance with website and social media marketing to ensure the company and our products, services, customers and other stakeholders are presented in a professional and enticing manner at all times
10. Upload videos to social media platforms and assist with channel management
11. Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:
19. Formal education in sales & marketing, business, communications, or related field (not mandatory)
20. Experience in the international education/recruitment industry
21. Strong knowledge and experience of Australian International Education
22. Existing network and relationships within the education industry
23. Eligibility to work full time in Australia
24. You must be knowledgeable about how to distribute video via YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, websites, etc.
25. Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and apps
26. Great interpersonal skills, with a positive, fun attitude
27. Familiarity with video distribution channels including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, and more
