The Opportunity We have an opportunity for a customer-focused, driven individual to join our Adelaide Parts team as an Account Manager. Based out of our Cavan branch, this role will have you delivering a high level of support to customers in the region by acting as the key point of contact for their Donaldson Filtration requirements.
Responsibilities Managing relationships in an existing network of customers. Growth and new business development of the Donaldson Filter range. Undertaking negotiations with customers regarding their supply agreements. Maintaining an effective territory call plan for existing customers. Achieving sales and trading margin targets. Minimum Requirements Demonstrated account management experience with evidence of successes. Experience in Earthmoving, Mining, automotive or similar industries is preferred. Genuine desire to deliver Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction. Previous experience with CRM reporting. A motivated and competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets. A current driver's license and the ability to travel frequently. The ability to obtain and maintain a defence security clearance. Hitachi Benefits – What's in it for you?
