Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rehabilitation Consultant team at Recovre. This role will be based in Hobart. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to protecting and promoting the possibility for everyone, helping clients thrive through effective rehabilitation and support.
We will count on you to:
* Build trust with clients and establish collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders
* Identify hurdles to return to work following illness or injury, collaborating to problem solve and achieve safe and sustainable recovery
* Conduct thorough assessments, including Vocational, Pre-Employment, Activities of Daily Living, Workplace, and Ergonomic evaluations
* Manage cases and reporting while traveling to clients and working flexibly from home or the office
What you need to have:
* Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Provisional or Registered Psychologist
* Registration with AHPRA, ESSA accreditation (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
* A commitment to Recovre’s mission and values, whether you are an experienced professional or a new graduate
