Kanku Pty Ltd, a family-franchise with over 35 years of experience in McDonald's, seeks self-starting and enthusiastic applicants to join our team as full-time Department Managers.
Job Summary
We are committed to delivering Business Leaders by providing training and tools for success in medium to large organisations. The successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth running of the McDonald's store, including quality service, staff training and development, scheduling shifts, maintaining safety and excellent standards, and handling financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide quality service to customers and the community
* Train and develop staff
* Schedule shifts to meet QSC&V and safety standards
* Maintain efficient production procedures
* Handle financial transactions
Requirements
* At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year in a management position within a McDonald's operation
* Diploma in management or higher qualification (or 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu)
* Completion of one or more Department Streams Course or equivalent
* Examples of outcomes achieved in teams, including managing staff, profit and loss, and customer recovery
