At TasRecycle Limited, we oversee and administer Tasmania's Container Refund Scheme, scheduled to launch in 2025. Our mission is to champion producer responsibility and circular economy outcomes by delivering a customer-focused container refund scheme.
We work with government and partners to build a container recycling network that will transform Tasmania's waste and recycling system. A 10c refund for every approved container returned encourages Tasmanians to collect and recycle beverage containers.
