Senior Finance Business Partner / Principal Financial Analyst
A market leader in a well- established USA Software company which is investing in new enterprises. They have plenty of scope to deliver value to the business.
Reporting to the Head of Finance APAC and supporting the non-financial stakeholders of Sales and Marketing or go to market Senior stakeholders, you will be responsible as key contributor to supporting forecasting, planning and analysis activities for across Australia and Emerging markets portfolio.
Additionally, this role will take a lead role in managing all OpEx and Headcount related activities.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Drive planning and forecasting activities within the Australian and Emerging market businesses.
* Partnering with the sales and marketing teams & other enterprises leading forecasting and business analytics that ultimately drive decisions in investment and outcomes.
* Updating key financial models and creating new financial models from scratch – including but not limited to lifetime value, pricing models, strategic partner deals etc.
* Create and deliver presentations for various financial and business reviews.
* Monitoring revenue, planning and providing bottom-up forecasting.
* Drive process improvement and lay the foundation for scalable processes that will scale with APAC’s growth.
* True mastery of presenting complex analytics that is required by Senior Stakeholders.
* Proactively identifies important opportunities and drives change/decisions through org savvy and relationship building.
* Exhibiting sound commercial acumen when evaluating sales channels, web & e-commerce platforms and additional ways of driving business growth.
Skills and Experience
You will be a qualified accountant (qualified CPA/ACA/ACMA/ACCA or equivalent) with strong commercial business acumen (at least 5 years + supporting Senior Stakeholders as a business partner). As part of a flat management team, you will have the confidence and people skills to effectively communicate to all levels. MUST be competent at HYPERION and experience with Global Finance .The ideal candidate will have work in global finance industry (software, high – tech, or banking or consulting or public accounting) and enjoy operating extremely fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
