Who are we looking for ?
We’re seeking an IT Commercial Manager to play a crucial role in software licensing, procurement, and vendor relationships, ensuring seamless operations and cost-effectiveness. If you’re passionate about driving change and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
In this dynamic role you will:
1. Formulate a software licensing strategy that aligns with enterprise goals.
2. Negotiate and manage software licenses, ensuring compliance and optimization of ROI.
3. Establish a Vendor Management Framework for consistent vendor interactions.
4. Maintain strong vendor partnerships and manage vendor performance.
5. Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative, and agile team.
6. Engage and motivate the team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback.
7. Manage talent through acquisitions, development, and succession planning.
What you will bring to the team:
8. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive software licensing strategy.
9. Experience establishing a successful Vendor Management Framework leading to improved vendor relationships.
10. Evidenced excellence in significant procurement efforts resulting in cost savings and policy compliance
11. Strategic direction that aligns software decisions with business objectives.
12. Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) including implementation, integration and reporting metrics.
Qualifications
13. Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
14. At least 7 years of experience in relevant fields, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership.
15. Proven success in negotiating software contracts and achieving cost savings.
