As LNS continues to grow we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Sales Manager to help grow and manage our Adviser Network in NSW. Candidates will have a proven record in sales, service and relationship management and will be required to recruit new Advisers to the current Network and provide business development, coaching and product support to the existing Adviser Network. Desired Skills and Experience Successful applicants will also require: Sound knowledge of lending. Experience in Aggregation. Experience with broker recruitment. Good understanding of consumer lending legislation. Ability to communicate effectively with Advisers in the Network. Ability to successfully onboard/recruit new Advisers. Ability to provide superior client service to the Network. Ability to motivate Advisers to achieve objectives. Participate in the broader LNS and Liberty teams.
