Job Description Responsibilities of the Client Services Associate Role: Client Service Excellence: Serve as the first point of contact, providing professional and empathetic client support. Manage client enquiries via email, phone, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Facilitate onboarding for new clients and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing ones. Administrative Support: Handle team emails, phone communications, and scheduling of client meetings. Manage documents, including opening and maintaining investment accounts. Liaise with external institutions such as Macquarie and ANZ for account management and settlements. Operational Support: Share administrative tasks, especially during peak periods. Resolve roadblocks proactively by seeking guidance and demonstrating initiative. Support investment administration tasks like cash account management and transaction preparation. Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure all client transactions comply with regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, investments, and account details. Client Meetings and Reporting: Prepare portfolio performance reports and summaries for client meetings. Support the team during client reviews with relevant financial data and documents. Financial Documentation and Payments: Assist clients with completing financial and tax-related forms accurately. Manage payments, mail, and client communications related to account activities.
