This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and market trends.ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed business valuations using accepted methodologies, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Develop comprehensive and well-supported valuation reports.Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice on business sales, acquisitions, and valuations.Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction process.Stay ahead of market trends and industry changes to provide informed guidance to clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.Collaborate with other professionals, such as accountants, attorneys, brokers, and financial advisors, to ensure comprehensive client service.Participate in marketing and networking activities to expand the client base and promote the company’s services.RequirementsA valid Registered Business Valuer accreditation.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business valuation and brokerage.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation software.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
