About the Opportunity
This position is responsible for managing and mentoring Customer Support Advisors (CSAs) to meet annual sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction in the region.
You will play a pivotal part in promoting Brandt's product support solutions, empowering your team to make a real impact in meeting our customers' needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop annual business plans to achieve sales and margin growth.
* Educate CSAs on promoting Brandt's product support initiatives.
* Manage CSA processes, including call reporting and target setting.
* Assist CSAs with key customer calls and accounts.
* Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly.
* Analyze regional coverage and engage with larger accounts to promote offerings.
* Provide insights on industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
* Gather market intelligence on competition and customer trends.
* Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Identify new product opportunities and collaborate internally.
