About the Role As the Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) Coordinator, you will oversee daily operations in our Darwin warehouse, working closely with the Fleet Manager to lead the SACM, Staging, and Mobile Teams. Your role focuses on process adherence, data accuracy within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to decommissioning. Ensure compliance with SACM processes, tools, and procedures while mentoring team members. Assist in recruitment, training, and professional development of the SACM and Staging teams. Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems, including ITSM platforms. Develop and approve work instructions and templates following ITIL guidelines. Generate monthly reports on asset data quality and improvement strategies. Drive process improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Ensure teams meet contractual SLA and KPI targets. Conduct CMDB data reviews and warehouse stock audits. Enforce WHS policies and proactively manage incidents. Act as 2IC for SACM and Staging, stepping in as needed to support operations. Minimum Requirements: Proven leadership experience in a similar role. ITIL Certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong understanding of IT asset & configuration management. Experience with ServiceNow, HPSM, or similar ITSM systems. Minimum 2 years' experience in IT asset/configuration management. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
