About the roleAs the Office Administrator, you will play an integral part in daily office administrative duties and provide support to clinicians and other key staff members to ensure smooth day to day operations.
Duties and responsibilities: Manage ordering, receiving, processing, and posting of goods.Conduct data entry and analysis.Respond to emails and phone calls, including patient, clinic, lab, and other queries.Create SOPS (Standard Operating Procedures) for clinicians.Order stock and conduct stocktakes as needed.Organise rosters and plan trip logistics.Book accommodation and flights for locums and other internal staff.Organise freight to and from Darwin.Pack and organise equipment for trips as needed.Ad hoc duties as directed by Office Manager.What you need to succeed: Minimum 3 years administration or project support experience.Qualification in Business (highly desirable)Experience in public or community health (highly desirable)Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.Must be highly organised and efficient.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop good working relationships with individuals and organisations involved in eye health and vision care in the NT.Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and integrity.Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work constructively in a team and independently.In return our client offers: Excellent pay rate of $40 p/h + SuperMonday to Friday, 38 hours per week.Immediate start available.Temp to perm opportunity with excellent starting salary + salary packaging.Stuart Park NT location.Opportunity to work with a non-for-profit organisation with professional and career progression on offer.How to apply:If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity and contribute to our clients' continued success, please select the "Apply Now" button below and forward your resume in MS Word format only.
