Job Title: Experienced Administrative Professional
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced administrative professional to provide legal administration, office management, and finance administration support to our national business.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about all facets of legal and finance administration, with a process-driven and service-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of legal documentation for Franchise Agreement renewals
* Preparation of documentation for prospective Franchisees, including ACCC compliance
* Maintenance of the National Franchise Register
* Management of local office admin budgets and expenditure
* Coordination of staff onboarding and offboarding
* Invoicing for franchise fees and other network expenses
* Maintenance of budget and financial spreadsheets
Qualifications and Skills:
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a paralegal or senior legal secretary
* Understanding of the Franchise Code and legal requirements
* High-level attention to detail in document preparation and proofreading
* Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
* Certificate III in Business Administration
