In this role, you’ll design and implement marketing strategies that attract, engage and convert prospective students to Astra Institute of Higher Education. Working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a key role in driving student enrolments and delivering an outstanding experience for future students.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing institution where your work will have a tangible impact on shaping the future of education in Australia.The Role looks likeLeading the student recruitment marketing strategy for ASTRA. This role is responsible for enrolling students in our flagship Bachelor of Business - both domestically and internationally.Designing and managing the student recruitment funnel, executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive enrolments, including agent relationship management.Use data insights to optimise marketing efforts, track performance and report to stakeholders on key metrics related to student recruitment.Plan and execute recruitment events, open days and outreach programs to engage with future students.Partnership development.
