In AWS Support, every day brings new and exciting challenges. As you interact with leading engineers and customers around the world to build, troubleshoot, secure, and optimize their workloads, you will learn a diverse set of cloud technologies as you hone your advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Solving customers' issues through various contact channels, including telephone, email, and web/live chat.
* Applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions for our customers and drive customer interactions by thoughtfully working to dive deep into the root cause of an issue.
A Day in the Life
* Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs.
* Interact with leading engineers around the world.
* Partner with Amazon Web Services teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues.
* Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve our services.
* Drive customer communication during critical events.
* Drive projects that improve support-related processes and our customers' technical support experience.
* Write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community.
* Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.

Requirements
* 1+ years of software development or 1+ years of technical support experience.
* Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
* Knowledge or experience with system administration, and troubleshooting any operating system (Linux and/or Windows) and networking (HTTP/s, TCP/IP, DNS, OSI model, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, CURL or related).
* Experience with NoSQL technologies like DynamoDB, Redis, MongoDB, Apache Cassandra.
* NoSQL and SQL experience.
* Ability to read/understand Java, Python, and Node js.
