We are seeking a senior social performance leader to manage a team of community engagement, corporate affairs and cultural specialists as Superintendent of Communities and Social Performance at Glencore’s McArthur River Mine.Reporting directly to the General Manager and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategies and objectives to ensure the business delivers on its social performance and human rights commitments.About the roleThis role provides strategic advice and guidance on communities, social performance and human rights to the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
