Management (Information & Communication Technology)
We seek a Service Delivery Leader who is passionate about building a high-performance culture where team members are motivated to deliver their best work. This role is crucial in shaping and strengthening the service delivery team's commitment to professionalism, excellence, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Team Building: The role will involve managing the entire tech team (up to 20 people) with varying levels of expertise. Develop a culture where each team member is driven to excel. You'll set high standards, challenge the status quo, and encourage the team to take pride in delivering outstanding work.
* Service Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end service delivery, including onboarding new clients, implementing security protocols, and managing network integration projects.
* Project Management: This role requires someone with project management skills to lead and manage key projects such as rolling out new services, security stack deployments, and network flattening. You must ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
* Stakeholder Management: Work closely with clients who expect high professionalism and clear communication from our team.
Requirements
* MSP Background: Previous experience in an MSP environment is essential, as understanding the nuances of service delivery within an MSP is critical to the role’s success.
* Project Management Experience: Strong background in managing complex projects within an MSP setting, with hands-on experience in service delivery initiatives.
* On-Site Commitment: This is a full-time, in-office role. On-site presence is essential for this leadership position.
