As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimising marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights, and experimenting with new growth initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, your other key responsibilities will include:
Oversee the performance of digital campaigns and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.Utilise data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights within marketing performance, customer behaviour, and campaign results.Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights for optimisation.Develop methodologies to improve campaign efficiency, including lead scoring, nurture flows, and conversion tracking.Use data visualisation tools to present marketing performance insights in a compelling way.Improve lead tracking processes across all regions, ensuring data accuracy and insights-driven decision-making.Monitor and optimise lead scoring models to improve sales pipeline efficiency.About You You will have proven experience in a digital and acquisition marketing role within a B2B tech business.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
Proven experience optimising scalable acquisition programs for maximum performance.Strong expertise in analysing and optimising campaigns across email marketing, paid performance channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO etc.), and marketing automation.Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot, or similar.Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and analytical tools such as Power BI, Netsuite and Google Analytics.Experience working cross-functionally to guide campaign best practices and performance improvements.Next Steps If you are looking to shape the future direction of technology in the industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
