This family owned and operated, specialised prestige service centre in the heart of Adelaide has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. The role on offer is a full-time, Monday to Friday position.
This site has been in operation for over 40 years, and has recently gone under renovations, so you will be working in modern facilities. They pride themselves on creating a welcoming and friendly working environment for their staff.
Your main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to
* Greeting customers on arrival & facilitating to their needs.
* Manage retail & trade enquiries, quotes & bookings.
* RO preparation, invoicing & service follow up.
* Inbound & outbound phone calls as required.
* Provide transparent advice
* Working with the team to smooth day to day operation of department
* Use manufacture-based programs to ensure accuracy
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a service advisor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask & maintain accuracy in a face paced environment
* The ability to mentor and train junior staff
* High standard of personal presentation
* Pentana experience advantageous
