About The Role: As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Client Service team, working with renowned brands in confectionery and retail. Your primary focus will be on seamless project planning, execution, and impactful reporting across in-store activations. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with the Account Director and the broader team around you. We are open to applicants in either Melbourne or Sydney.
Your team will focus on 2 key clients; managing mostly in-store sampling activations, sampling events and consumer promotions.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management Support in planning and timeline management for approved activations. Assist in briefing our creative and activation departments on the execution of activities. Contribute to post-campaign reporting. Assist in the strategic execution of end-to-end campaign activities, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budget parameters. Client Interaction Contribute to building strong client relationships through clear communication, support in proposal creation, and active involvement in campaign execution. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of campaign content. Support in engaging with suppliers to secure high-quality, cost-efficient solutions within deadlines. Team Support Work closely with the Account Manager, offering support on client deliverables and gaining exposure to mentorship opportunities. Assist in taking client briefs and collaborating with the team to craft proposals and estimates. Flexibility in Environments: We love to collaborate, and we value our face to face time; but we also love to create flexibility in workspaces. We subscribe to 3 days a week in the office or on-site; with the flexibility to work from home for 2 days a week, after your initial onboarding period.
