The role Reporting to the Delivery Lead, the Induction L&D Trainer is responsible for facilitating comprehensive onboarding and upskilling programs for frontline consultants and customer-facing roles, with a focus on sales and service excellence. This role ensures that induction training equips staff with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in their roles. By delivering tailored learning initiatives, the Induction L&D Trainer supports the ongoing development of a high-performing workforce aligned with organisational objectives and a commitment to service excellence. Position Accountabilities Planning and organising training programs, including induction and upskilling, to meet the learning needs of frontline consultants and other customer-facing roles Managing information related to training content, learner progress and outcomes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with industry standards Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback and performance metrics Using equipment and systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual training platforms and other tools to deliver and track training outcomes Adapting and updating training content to reflect changes in policies, procedures and systems ensuring relevance and accuracy (as requested) Supporting continuous improvement by gathering feedback, identifying gaps in training and recommending enhancements to learning initiatives What experience you’ll bring Qualifications and Experience Essential: Certification within the Financial Services industry highly regarded Familiar with the Sales &/or Service processes with A&G High level facilitation experience (on the job and/or classroom) Understanding of training/learning processes, theories and methodologies including adult learning principles and styles Highly developed interpersonal, written and organisational skills Skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel &PowerPoint Experience in a dynamic service operation Demonstrated capacity for self-management, participative decision-making, team participation and the ability to accept, promote and manage change Desirable: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) Location All sites This role is available at any of our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast locations, providing flexibility to choose the office that suits you (Travel to other sites may be required as needed).
