We pride ourselves on having strong ethical values and a sense of corporate responsibility.Our continued success and progression of individuals has presented the opportunity to seek an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service and Administration professional.What will I be doing?You will play an integral part in supporting the company by ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.This role will suit someone with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and a background in the Construction or Professional Services industry.Provide general building surveying administration support to our commercial and residential building surveying teams.Provide exceptional customer service to all our clients.Support with business development, project management, marketing initiatives and preparation of fee proposals for clients.Assist with Building Permit administration process.Liaise with clients and external stakeholders as required including communication with clients throughout the building permit and construction process.Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.Perform general clerical duties including answering phones, photocopying, emailing, and filing documents.What will I need?Previous experience (4+ years) in a similar role with a fervent desire to learn.High levels of communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Be capable of producing quality work under pressure whilst maintaining high diligence.Ability to work in the strictest of confidence and the ability to handle confidential information.Excellent computer literacy with advanced Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe knowledge.Fluent in English and Mandarin (not essential but seen as an advantage).Located close to Carnegie station and the bustling Carnegie Shopping strip; this position provides you with the opportunity to work close to home in a stimulating role with excellent job stability and career progression opportunities.A competitive salary is on offer and is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.On the job training will provide you with all the tools required to succeed.If this sounds like you, please apply via SEEK or email your resume to (email protected)ASA Building Consultants are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity and individuality within our team.
