THE ROLE
8. Work together with the team to drive results and exceptional customer experience
9. Be confident working with KPIS and individual targets
10. Bring a high level of energy to the shop floor
11. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
12. Driving sales and customer experience
13. Coaching and mentoring team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service
14. Execution of visual merchandising directive
15. Effective stock management
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
16. Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion
17. Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations
18. Can identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales
19. Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
20. Ability to uphold brand standards and stand by our company culture and values
