We are seeking a Recruitment and Rostering Consultant to join our team for permanent role based in the Central Coast Office. Reporting to the Branch Manager you will support the regions resourcing requirements through sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates that match the client needs and then being able to effectively place candidates into shifts and manage the operational requirements for the region. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with client and candidates and ensure successful placements of new candidates.
POSITION OBJECTIVES
1. To develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and nurses/carers.
2. Excel in the Recruitment and booking system.
3. Have an excellent understanding of the compliance requirements in the region and support candidates through this process.
4. To effectively manage all operational administration including daily inbound and outbound client and candidate calls.
Qualifications
5. Business administration, HR/Recruitment or Sales/Customer Contact certifications desirable.
To be considered:
6. Recruitment experience in the Nursing Sector (desirable)
7. Demonstrated experience in the casual nursing agency industry.
8. Demonstrated experience successfully leading a sales-oriented team
9. Knowledge of booking systems.
10. Significant experience and demonstrated success in people centric, multi-site service businesses.
11. Exceptional presentation skills
12. Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
13. Intermediate MS Office skills.
14. Excellent organisational skills
