THE ROLE
The primary purpose of the Minesite Operations Manager's role is responsible for developing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients and delivering business outcomes. The Operations Manager is required to provide leadership and management support to Minesite Managers for the achievement of agreed targets, to develop and maintain a safe operation and to enable attraction, development, and retention of the best talent in the industry.
The role exists to oversee all Minesite front of house Operations, providing the operational leadership that delivers sustainable results by exceeding consumer and client expectations.

Lead with Safety and Excellence Champion our safety culture and drive exceptional performance to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment Drive Business Success Deliver on budgeted outcomes and operational goals while exceeding client expectations and contract obligations Foster Talent and Development Attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry by supporting employee growth and creating a sustainable business model Strategic Operations Management Oversee and manage all aspects of Minesite operations to ensure service delivery is of the highest standard, driving both operational and financial efficiencies Build Key Relationships Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and unlock new opportunities. Support Contract Growth Identify new opportunities with clients and consumers to support business expansion and further strengthen the contract We Need a Leader Who Can:
Strengthen Contract Management & Relationships, ensuring successful and long-term partnerships with clients Drive Consumer Sales & Marketing Strategy to enhance engagement and contribute to business growth Manage Operations Effectively, ensuring high standards and exceeding expectations Take charge of Contract Costs, ensuring financial targets are met Maintain the highest Health, Safety, Environment & Quality standards across all operations Lead and inspire People Management, driving development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement THE PERSON
Minimum four years relevant Industry experience at a management level Previous experience managing/supervising large teams Extensive knowledge and understanding of soft and hard maintenance services The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations and environments The ability to analyse and understand commercial aspects of a business unit Proven experience monitoring Contract variances that require contract variation's to be presented and formalised Able to regularly attend Client Contract Meetings as the key representative for the business THE BENEFITS
