Deakin ACT, Surry Hills NSW, Brisbane QLD, Richmond or Geelong VIC Ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance required 12+12 month Federal Government contract Our client, an independent statutory agency who support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability, is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join their team.Duties/skills: Work closely with program, business and technical stakeholders to effectively discover, define, validate, prioritise and continuously manage requirements that translate identified needs into outcomes which align with agency's architectural principles and strategies.Study the system being implemented to become a subject matter expert on the system functionality.This may be via a combination of researching system documentation and videos, experimenting and discovering in a non-production environment, and interviews with technical experts from the vendor or technical teams.Draft business analyst artefacts and documents that may include risk analysis, scope modelling, business process modelling, data discovery and analysis, problem tracking and sequence diagrams.Provide support on stakeholder analysis, assisting the team to engage with stakeholders to effectively understand cross-business functions.Undertake project quality management tasks such as peer and quality reviews of specifications and design documents and participate in project reviews, ensuring designed solutions meet business requirements.Essential Criteria: Demonstrated experience of 5+ years, working in a similar role performing business analysis activities including workshop facilitation, supporting the successful delivery of high-impact and high-value initiatives that lead to meaningful change.Proven experience, of 2+ years, in a role relating to cloud platforms (preferably Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure ) including delivery of new services.Experience working in Government or providing services to Government agency .Demonstrated experience and flexibility to adapt to agile and waterfall processes to deliver projects.How to apply To be considered for this role (JOB ID: CW10056), please forward your resume to Coral by clicking the quick apply button.Please note only suitable applicants will be contacted.Job ID CW10056 closes on Wednesday, 30th of October at 10am.Recruitment Hive: (02) 6299 1006
