About the role:The Executive Assistant provides high level administrative support to the CEO and to the McAuley Executive Team and ensures McAuley meets its obligations in relation to corporate governance.This role serves as a first point of contact for the CEO for internal and external stakeholders. This involves maintaining and managing the CEO’s calendar, proactively managing all correspondence received and preparing responses and briefings as required.This role prepares meeting papers, takes minutes at Executive & other relevant meetings; coordinates actions and ensures the CEO and Executive team meet relevant timelines.This is a Permanent Full-Time (38 hours per week) opportunity based in Footscray within our Office of CEO program.
