Your New Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join our Bridgewater, TAS team on a Full-Time basis. This is a multi-skilled plant operation across state of the art tyre recycling equipment. You will have key responsibility in: Sort tyres/recyclable materials according to prescribed criteriaOperate forklift/bobcat/excavator to move materials for processing, sorting, storing and transportingOperate recycling processing equipment including but not limited to crushers, shredders, granulators and sorters to meet or exceed market requirementsUnload materials from trucksRemove contamination from recyclable materialLoad materials into containersMaintain production standardsMonitor equipment operation and report malfunction and other maintenance and repair needs to the Plant Supervisor or Plant ManagerCarry out basic maintenance tasksMaintain inventory recordsClean plant equipment and work areasPerform other duties as per business requirementsFoster and promote safe working behaviours and display a commitment to Tyrecycle safety standards and OHS requirements at all times About you: Current driver's licenceDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a teamPersonal drive and results orientatedPrevious plant operating experience with current license or the ability to obtain licence for:Forklift (required)Bob Cat (preferred)HR and HC (preferred)Front End Loader(preferred)Excavator (preferred) What we offer: A welcoming, friendly and inclusive work culture;Excellent team environment and support – we truly care about our staff;Training and development opportunities, including study support;Opportunities to grow within a fast-growing organisation with an international reach!Employee Assistance Program.
