Demi Chef/ Chef de Partie (Casual Position), the ideal candidate will have:
A relevant formal qualification (Cert 3&4 in Commercial Cookery or above) and/or recent work experience is desirable.Holding a current food safety supervisor certificate is desirable, but not a prerequisite.Experience in Bread/Pizza making is desirable, but not a prerequisite.Experience in Grill section is desirable, but not a prerequisite.Passionate and experienced in hospitality service.Ability to work on rotating shifts including weekends.Ability to work under pressure.Pride in your workplace.In return we will give you excellent remuneration & work-life balance.
