ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Executive Sous Chef to join this 4.5-star hotel on the beautiful NSW South Coast. With 200 rooms, multiple dining outlets, and a reputation for excellence, we offer the perfect setting for a culinary professional looking to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the operations of 3 kitchens, including restaurant, bar, café, and room service.
* Manage a large brigade, ensuring high standards across all areas.
* Support the Group Culinary Director in driving culinary innovation and maintaining consistency.
* Lead high-volume conferencing and events, including weddings and corporate functions.
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manage costs, and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.

* Proven experience in a similar role within high-volume, multi-outlet environments.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a large team.
