You'll be responsible for
* Completing assessments of motor vehicles in either repair cost or total loss, and providing customers with access to the prompt resolution of complaints, including repair warranty, service related and other issues.
* Complying with motor assessing process, guidelines, allowances. parts policy, severity coding requirements and repairer standards.
* Wherever appropriate, apply repair cost benchmarking, alternative parts reporting, and scorecards to improve repairer performance.
* Contributing to improving the customer service of Selected and non-Selected repairers.
* Wherever practicable complete total loss reports within 24 hours of assessment.
* Understand customer insights and feedback. Act to put the best interests of our customers at the heart of everything we do.
About you
* Trade qualifications as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or Motor Mechanic
* Ideally has an experience as a repair estimator as well as a qualified Panel Beater and/or Spray Painter
* An understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques and experience quoting damaged vehicles
* Current Driver's License
* Well-developed computer skills, excellent organisation and time management skills
* Previous experience in Motor Vehicle assessing practices (desirable)
* Experience using Audanet and/or Estimage will be highly desirable but not essential
