Your next role:
1. Permanent full-time role, managing a 60 bed aged care facility
2. Report into an Area Manager and have fantastic support from a Clinical Nurse Manager and two Clinical Nurses
3. Manage, inspire and empower staff to excel by providing direction, support, and guidance
4. Identify areas for continuous improvement, implement innovative new initiatives, embed robust clinical governance strategies, and maintain compliance with aged care legislation
5. Ensure the delivery of superb customer service and person-centred care by managing feedback and complaints
6. Develop productive relationships with external stakeholders and the community to achieve occupancy targets
7. Drive funding, manage costs and maximise resources to achieve financial targets

About you:
1. AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential
2. Must have experience in a Clinical Nurse Manager or Facility Manager role within residential aged care
3. An inspirational, collaborative and approachable leader who motivates a team to achieve a common goal
4. Driven, resilient, innovative, flexible and passionate about delivering best practice care and customer service to First Nations people
5. Personable, excellent communication and customer service skills, and able to develop productive relationships with all stakeholders
