You will work closely varying levels of management across the business to ensure 'best practice' sourcing strategies for the recruitment and selection of great talent for the business, creating value and great experiences for candidates and internal stakeholders. Skills and experience Demonstrated volume recruitment experience within a fast-paced environment. Internal recruitment or RPO experience required for this role Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively Possess sound administrative skills along with your technical skills and ability to maintain accuracy of and level of required data within an ATS Proven ability to build and maintain a meaningful candidate experience Bring your team-oriented focus and ability to execute a continuous successful talent attraction methodology. Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills required Ability to understand and execute on different job families across the business.
