This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Commis Chef at the Petrie Hotel!
What you’ll do:
* Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders
* Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
* Comply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure
* Setup and cleaning of kitchen
What you’ll need:
* Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
* Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
* An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Trade cooking qualifications are essential
* Flexible availability
