Your role Support adults with complex mental health and psychosocial disabilities in an independent living model.
Rigorously follow BIS and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site manager to best support complex behaviours.
Encourage capacity building to enhance clients' current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely.
Provide personal care with dignity and respect for 1 client when required.
Promote choice and control and show eagerness to participate in clients' day to day routines, goals, and interests.
To be efficient in computer skills and report writing!
Some of our requirements: Must have full working rights We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what's important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings (6am-2pm OR 7am-3pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm OR 3pm- 11pm), active/sleepover nights (10pm-6am OR 11pm-7am).
