Customer Service Officer As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, helping with enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. Our customer service team works closely with our operations team to provide tailored transport solutions that meet both customer needs and our company goals. Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries through phone and email, ensuring prompt and friendly communication.Coordinate and schedule deliveries, balancing customer needs with operational efficiency.Assist at the counter, managing customer collections with a focus on smooth and efficient service.Uphold company values in all customer interactions, maintaining clear and respectful communication.Provide ongoing support to drivers and team members, helping resolve any issues that arise during deliveries.Ensure accurate data entry and scanning processes, ensuring information is correctly recorded for deliveries and collections.Book customer collections, ensuring clear communication and timely service.Skills Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks efficiently to meet customer needs and maintain smooth operations.A keen attention to detail, ensuring that all customer information and requests are handled with accuracy and care.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to provide clear, professional, and friendly service in every interaction.Strong problem-solving abilities, confidently addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and finding effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using customer management systems, email, and phone systems to process information and respond promptly.The ability to work well both independently and within a team, adapting to a variety of tasks and responsibilities.Why Work with First Choice Couriers?
