This role is ideal for professionals with a quality assurance background rather than a marketing focus, particularly within the cosmetics and personal care industry. This position will be responsible for the review and approval of product artwork and labels across VidaCorp’s Beauty/Cosmetic division.Role & Responsibilities:Review & Approve Artwork – Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and version control in a fast-paced environment.Managing label files from inception to completion.Manage up to 600 Artwork Files Per Month – Oversee the artwork approval process efficiently to support faster PO processing.Work closely with suppliers to ensure correct and compliant artwork usage.Label Compliance & Quality Assurance – Ensure packaging materials meet relevant labelling regulations across different markets (e.g., FDA, EU, ACCC, TGA).Identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks, reducing manual burden on design and regulatory teams.Partner with marketing, designers, suppliers and regulatory teams across the business to enhance efficiency and reduce approval time.Experience & Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (quality assurance, artwork coordination, or regulatory affairs).FMCG experience is ideal, and a background in cosmetics/personal care is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Suite.An understanding of the regulatory, quality and labelling requirements across a variety of markets.Strong project management skills and an ability to prioritize a large volume of work, work efficiently under pressure, and ensure high accuracy.Strong Communication & Organization – Ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
